Pumped this out pretty quickly.
Sailor Saturn, the most overlooked Senshi by me. I'm meh towards her but not really turned off by the fact that she's her.
I do like her outfit more than the others because of the boots and the sleeves.
Finished this one RIGHT after the Neptune one. So, wee, I'm getting some of these out quickly.
Materials:
9X11 Sketch paper, Prismacolour Pencils/Markers, Rose art grey pencil, sakura .01 black pen, sakura .01 purple pen for the eyes.
